Just to drop a line of information about Shaun Murphy, ex Albion. Murphy, as captain, led his team, Perth Glory, to victory in the Grand final of the ASL at Parramatta in Western Sydney this afternoon.

Glory were Minor Premier champions finishing top of the ladder and then were defeated 6-2 on aggregate and had to reach the finals by defeating Adelaise United with a 5-0 scoreline.

Up against it - Parramatta were the favourites on home turf and after 90 mins in a rain swept game it was 0-0 only for the golden goal to apply in the first part of extra time.
