Pre-season fixtures

24 April 2003

No official announcement from the Club themselves as yet, but we've heard of two definite friendly games that will be making up part of our pre-season campaign for later in the summer.

Albion will be visiting Kidderminster Harriers on Saturday 26th July to take a look at their new 2,040 seater East Stand (looks like we've set a trend with that name) and a week later will be heading off to the South Coast to play Plymouth Argyle on Saturday 2nd August.

We've also heard strong rumours of a visit being arranged to Denmark, with as many as four games against sides in the Copenhagen area - but whether Greve, who won promotion last year, will be one of them is yet to be seen. Wonder if we'll visit Clive Stapleton's Herfolge to see how Matt Turner is getting on? Possibly not...
