I'm from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and I love WBA. I wanna know if Eric Clapton is still a supporter?????? In Brazil I support my beloved Fluminense Football Club, also from Rio. I searched for Brazilian Baggies fans, but found no one. Would I be the only Baggie in a country of 170 million? The reason why I became a Baggie was that Eric Clapton was once a fan and I love his music and I love football, I believe that blues and football are so close cause of the happiness and sadness living together.

I came to live in Brazil in 1974 but have kept track of the Baggies ever since. I regularly watched games at the Hawthorns from 1962 to 1968 even though I lived in Wolverhampton! My favourite player was Bobby Hope, one of the best passers of the ball Albion have had. One outstanding memory was the second FA Cup replay at Maine Road against Liverpool in 1968.
