Anyone seen Zoltan?04 October 2005There seems to be something of a mystery surrounding the whereabouts of our Hungarian midfielder, Zoltan Gera. According to the Official Site, he is going to miss Hungary's last two World Cup qualifying games because of a persistent groin injury and is a doubt for Albion's next Premiership game, against Arsenal. But according to BOING readers in Hungary, Zoltan was expected to fly out to Germany this morning and join up with the squad - but nobody seems to be able to get hold of him. Gera's International career has been a thorny issue of late, with Albion manager Bryan Robson criticising the dehydrated state he returned in from Hungary's last two games, and the Hungarians criticising the state he arrived in - still suffering from an inury to his hand which they claimed had not been treated correctly. Looks like the latest round isn't going to smooth anything over...
