Off the bottom!

Maybe it took nearly 24 hours for the effects to be noticed, but our hard earned point at Leeds yesterday had the effect of lifting us off the bottom of the table. Arsenal's 3-1 defeat of West Ham, thanks to a hattrick from Thierry Henry, means that the Hammers sink into bottom place on goal difference.

The big question, of course, is "can we survive?" With teams like Birmingham and Fulham placed to sink back down into the problem zone, a few new signings and some easier away games coming up, Albion might just surprise a few people yet...
