Things are starting to look a bit more encouraging on the squad front for tomorrows game at Hillsborough. Loan signing Danny Dichio is set to partner Scott Dobie up front with Bob Taylor, who played at Cambridge despite being less than fully fit, on the bench. Midfielder Jordao should have returned from Portugal following the birth of his second child, and Des Lyttle is also fit after taking a knock at Cambridge and being substituted by Igor Balis.

Only Ruel Fox is potentially unavailable after missing the Cambridge game with a rib injury sustained in training on Tuesday.

The Owls, meanwhile, have doubts over striker Gerald Sibon and defender Ian Hendon, who have ankle injuries and face late fitness tests. Despite that, assistant boss Terry Yorath reckons they have a good chance of reversing last years defeat:

"It is probably as good a time as any to face West Brom, they have lost their two main strikers with Lee Hughes sold and Jason Roberts injured and they haven't yet replaced them. We are reasonably confident that we can go out and get our first home win of the season."
